**National Sales Consultant - Software for the Education Sector
Basic Salary circa £40,000, uncapped OTE + benefits

Home based covering the UK**My client is a respected provider of integrated software solutions for schools, colleges and multi academy trusts.

This includes online payment modules, communications, parents evening booking systems and much more.

An opportunity has arisen for a nationalsales consultant who will focus on MATs, group deals, local authorities and higher level business throughout the UK.

If you have experience selling into the education sector and have experience with tenders this could be a fantastic role for you


The Role:


  • You'll be selling schools admin and payments software which includes modules for communication, online payments, parents evening booking system, school meal ordering, after school club and estates letting solutions.
  • This is a home based role and you'll be selling the modular software solution to larger, more complex clients in primary and secondary education. This can include MATs, local authorities, group deals but also caterers within schools for their school mealand online ordering solutions.
  • Some software demonstrations will be online but some will be face to face in schools or client's premises so there will be a requirement to travel in the UK.
  • This is a new business focused role but there will be some account management too.

The Person:


  • We're ideally looking for someone who has sold into the education sector, preferably with MATs and higher level business.
  • Software or tech sales experience would be an advantage but isn't absolutely essential.
  • Location isn't important as long as you're ok with travel nationally
  • Someone with good new business skills would be a good fit
  • You need to be comfortable working autonomously and independently from home.

The Package:


  • A basic salary in the region of £40,000 is offered depending on experience
  • OTE is an additional £15k but this is uncapped
  • 25 days holiday
