We are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor

  • Assist customers in finding the right parts for their vehicles
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism
  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Utilise computer systems to look up parts and check inventory
  • Process parts orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of parts transactions
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations

  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and inventory management
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organised work area
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling parts orders
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
£23,225.00-£29,419.56 per year
