Would you like to join an employee-owned multi-disciplinary company specialising in the Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical sectors? Our expertise ranges from design and build contracting and construction management to commissioning and qualification, pharmaceutical validation and quality consultancy.
We are looking for:
An Architectural Technologist / Technician with experience working in the Life Sciences and Healthcare sector to work for a multi-disciplinary company on projects from RIBA stage 1 to 6.
You will be:
Working in a small team and liaising with a larger multi-disciplinary team daily
Responsible for setting up projects in Revit on BIM360 and developing the architectural model through the various RIBA stages
Familiar with creating and coordinating projects to BIM Level 2
Creating 3D visualisations and walkthroughs of the Revit model
Assisting in the maintenance of BIM standards, templates, and families
Attending design team, coordination and client meetings and present the Revit model
Assisting architects in the preparation of documents, schedules and specifications
Familiar with National Building Regulations and Good manufacturing practice (GMP)
