What you'll be doing


As a Product Designer you'll be part of a small and multidisciplinary design team and work throughout the whole product design lifecycle from user research to delivery.

You'll collaborate with developers, marketing and data an insight teams. The business works to agile so you'll be sat within a Scrum team.


You'll collaborate with stakeholders from all corners of the education system, including teachers and students to gain deep insights into their needs, all the while working closely with internal stakeholders to align designs with business objectives.


What experience you'll need

  • Proficient in UX and UI design with a strong portfolio.
  • Skilled in creating wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, and user flows.
  • Experienced in user interface and interaction design.
  • Capable of designing, conducting, and analysing user research.
  • Effective communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of UCD and Design Thinking.
  • Proficient in visual hierarchy, color theory, and typography.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent commercial experience preferred.
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills in using analytics tools and A/B or Multivariate testing.
