Warrington / £18ph + Paid Break & Handover + £2 ph or any overtime / Days or Nights Available
Registered Nurse required. My client is a medium sized Healthcare Provider with 12 homes across England providing residential, respite and palliative care.
The ethos is to create a homely environment where residents can live as independently as possible.
The highly skilled and committed teams provide high quality and person centred care at all time.

This service located in Winwick, Warrington offers nursing care to 41 residents with old age, physical disability and younger adults, the home manager has been in place for many years and has built a stable and skilled team, this is a very homely environemntto work in with lovely people.


Registered Nurse Benefits:

Registered Nurse duties:

  • Provide nursing care under the direction of the Manager in accordance with current best practice, and according to legislative requirements and all policy, procedures, and agreed standards.
  • Develop the Care Planning activities for residents, to meet their changing needs and in collaboration with their family and friends (where appropriate) and members of the multidisciplinary team.
  • Ensure the care needs of residents are met in a way that respects their dignity and privacy, providing personcentred care that promotes independence and choice.
  • Undertake all aspects of medicine management in line with legal, professional and regulatory requirements.
  • Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals they support

Register Nurse Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with Valid Pin
  • Excellent knowledge of all Standards and NMC code of practice
  • Proven track record of personcentred care planning
  • Experienced leader and mentor
  • A passion for delivering high standards of care
