Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Embed a lean governance structure across the business and lead Lean Business Process Reviews
- Support the definition and implementation of a Target Operating Model
- Support new opportunities in Business Solutions customer journey and process redesign for new tech
- Provide project and analysis support to Business Operations aligned to business strategy
- Document processes for future M&A and Strategic Hire activity
- Prioritise and manage multiple competing projects, deadlines, and customer relationships
- Project support in the design and improvement of new processes across entire business
- The liaison point with our offshore team, supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure active communication between the onshore and offshore teams
- Work with the business teams to identify, scope and prioritise opportunities in offshoring and technology to drive operational efficiencies
Your Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
- Lean / Six Sigma or similar qualifications
- Project Management PMP, Prince 2 or MSP certification desired
- Ability to utilise data collection/analysis tools & methodologies
- Ability to conduct process mapping, root cause analysis
- Knowledge of quality & process improvement methodologies
- Effective communication skills with stakeholders throughout the business
- Experience of managing multiple initiatives concurrently
- Solid analytical, statistical, and problemsolving skills
- Experience in project management
- Insurance / Financial Services experience preferable
