I am working on behalf of a leading Domiciliary care service provider who are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Trainer at their Sheffield branch.

A previous Healthcare working background is compulsory.

The Company:


  • Deliver bespoke provide home care, livein care and specialist support services in Sheffield
  • Technology driven, growing company
  • Have a fantastic reputation and "Good" CQC report

The Role:


  • Train all 90 members of staff
  • Conduct all induction and refresher training
  • Monitoring the training matrix

Required Competencies:


  • Previous training experience in a Domiciliary setting is essential
  • Train the Trainer qualified
  • Competent with IT Systems
