What they need is someone with Accounts experience gained in Practice.
This role will involve supporting the Manager covering all aspects of Accounts Preparation and Tax Compliance.

With a firm of this size, they don't have specialised departments so there are no restrictions on how you can develop your experience and what you can gain exposure to so there is a lot of variety here.
