We have an exciting opportunity in our Jensten London Market Fleet team for a
Development Broker. The role is office based within our Watnall office, which is easily commutable from Nottingham and Derby.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Ownership of the variety of cross selling initiatives we undertake.
- Development of new broker relationships for the JLM Fleet team.
- Closing New Business sales
- Preparation of Prerenewal and New business documentation.
- Communicate with Partner Brokers and Underwriters as appropriate (e.g., requesting information & documentation.)
- Support the team in all elements of the broker service.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A collaborative and innovative approach to working.
- Strong desire to provide excellent service levels.
- Awareness of insurance market principles and practice.

We are looking to attract a new person to join our team as we continue to grow and would love for an ambitious and enthusiastic person, to come and join us on our exciting journey.
In this role you will be an independent and innovative individual, who can provide professional, prompt, and efficient support to our Partner Brokers.
You can be enrolled in an industry-leading training scheme and over an 18 month period learn the ropes of commercial insurance.
Upon completion of the programme you will attain a CERT CII qualification and open up further exciting career opportunities within our growing Group.
