Job Summary:
SHI are exicted to be recruiting a cash allocations specialist to join the Accounts Receviable team.


This role will be reporting to the accounts receivable manager, and will be based in milton keynes office 2 days a week.

Responsibilities:


  • Include, but not limited to:_
  • Assist with the process and reconciliation of accounts receivable and remittances
  • Dealing with mutiple entites and various currencies (EURO,GBP,USD,SEK,CHF,AUD,SGP)
  • Address payment issues like double payments or other discrepancies
  • Engage in collection management processes as necessary
  • Maintain the unallocated cash across the business

Qualifications:

Required Skills:


  • Independently able to contribute towards the broader team objectives
  • Affectively able to manage mutiple tasks im a timely manner to meet deadlines
  • Superb written and verbal communications skills
  • Able to work well in a team and coloborate with others.
  • Team player with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Attention to detail is a must, aswell as having a drive and determind attitude

Additional Information:
Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
