A highly regarded, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy, are on the look out for a new, and ambitious Graduate Building Surveyor to join their London team.

The Graduate Building Surveyor

As the new Graduate Building Surveyor, you'll be joining the Graduate Building Surveying programme of 6 other Building Surveyors and will benefit from structured training and support in your APC progression to MRICS.

The successful Graduate Building Surveyor will focus on 3 main groups of work, building pathology, party wall and neighbourly matters, and contract administration.

The majority of the schemes you'll cover, will lie within social housing, local authorityand housing association.

The successful Graduate Building Surveyor will have

BSc or MSc in Building Surveying or RICS accredited degree with experience
Ideally 6+ months private practice or consultancy experience (not essential)
Good base knowledge of Building Surveying practices and market
Ambitious, keen learner and ability to work on own initiative
