Senior Project Officer - Grade 6 - £34,341 - £37,725 pa**
About the role

You will join dynamic team committed to improving the quality and efficiency of Children's Services and deliver critical improvements and benefits for our community.

The Innovation and Improvement team leads and focuses on service improvement and innovation.

We work alongside the various services and teams within the department to identify potential new ways of working that will help increase the efficiency and quality of the service provided, and to drive change, underpinned by regional and local policy.

About you

Support projects within agreed governance structures and processes, to ensure consistency of approach and efficient use of resources
Develop and maintain positive relationships with team members, stakeholders, and project sponsors
Support project planning and delivery including resource allocation and risk management activities
Implement project monitoring and evaluation frameworks, gathering and analysing project data to ensure ongoing improvement.
