International Bids Manager for Initial Logistic - Stevenage, United Kingdom - MBDA

Salary:
£45,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience)
Hybrid working pattern:
Where possible, we will seek to accommodate a blended approach to on-site and remote working
As a member of the Customer Support and Services Directorate, you will deal with and have experience of:
- Identification of the main support assumptions linked to the MBDA's Product to be offered: Customer organization, maintenance concept, training concept, operational profile, supply chain key parameters.
- Quotation of the Initial Logistic and
Support Package:
from spares up to training aids, technical publications and specific support and test equipment.
- Work on the consistent assumptions between all actors involved in the bid.
- Participate to the cost brochures requested by offset Directorate.
- Participate with the Procurement Directorate to the specification of the Initial Logistic Support Package part of the Statement of Work (SoW) requested to the Supplier (radar, truck if any,) for our Complex Systems offers.
- Participation to different meeting to validate the cost brochure and finally with Finance Committee and, upon request, in Steering Committee.
- Preparation of the dedicated Annex or part of the Executive Summary, Technical Specification of the proposed offer, describing the Initial Logistic and Support Package based on a defined MBDA performance commitment, a Maintenance and a Training concept.
- Participation in the negotiation with the Customer for the Initial Logistic and Support Package part of the future contract.
- Manage, develop and maintain an equal level in relationships to work in close collaboration with Sales & Business Directorate, Programmes Directorates and other MBDA partners.
- Create conditions of success for export sales campaigns by challenging existing maintenance concept and support policy and by providing alternative and innovative logistic support solutions in an everincreasing complex environment.
- Manage across the relevant Customer Support and Services departments to ensure quality of the data required for bid completion and consistency of the logistic part of export commercial offers.
