Description

Duties to include:

  • To spray paint industrial products in accordance with the Company's standards. The task demands a right first-time manner to maintain the Company's high-quality standards within a fast-moving production environment. The role will involve the use of airassisted air less paint spraying systems.
  • Prioritise health & safety, ensuring you always comply with all health and safety regulations.
  • Adhere to the environmental policies and legal duties, specifically control of emissions, management of solvents and the recycling of waste.
  • Minimise the waste of raw materials and maintain a clean and tidy work area.
  • Work in accordance with Company operating procedures and guidelines.
  • Wear and always maintain your respiratory and personal protective equipment.
  • Read and assess production information for required specification details.
  • Maintain area, completing regular PM activities and filter changes in line with company recommendation.
10 - Rework and touch up where applicable

Qualifications required:

  • Possesses industrial paint spraying experience (industrial products including marine, hydraulics, construction).
  • Experience in selfpreparing and manual loading.
  • Experience in working with marine grade paint.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficient in masking and preparation.
  • Conversant in the use of paint products.
  • Confident in mixing paints.
  • Highly proficient in the use of paint spraying equipment.
Hours are Monday to Friday finish on Friday)
Salary up to £15th dependent on experience
