My client is one of the UKs top Indeoendent Financial Advisers.


They are looking for a Personal Injury and Court of Protection Senior Manager (PICOP) who thrives on making a positive impact on people's lives.

You may be an experienced Personal Injury adviser or an existing Senior Manager with a real interest for PICOPcases.


THE ROLE


The key purpose of this role is to lead and manage a team of PICOP Advisers based in London and Bury.

As part of the regional management team, you will be responsible for achieving your teams' business plan whilst developing the team and ensuring complianceto the business standards and regulatory requirements.

You will work closely with an experienced and hugely talented team of PICOP advisers, alongside our dedicated Competency and Development professionals.

Their clients are individuals who have faced someexceptionally challenging, often catastrophic, experiences which have impacted their lives significantly.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing objectives, business plans and targets for individuals within the team
  • Coaching and mentoring advisers to ensure individual and group business plans are met
  • Working closely with Operations and Paraplanning Managers
  • Implementing effectivetraining and development programmes
  • Demonstrating behaviours that are consistent with the FCA's Statement of Principle and Code of Practice for Approved Persons
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS - Diploma Level 4 qualified as a minimum - Working towards the relevant Trust Qualifications (CII J02 or equivalent) - Proven track record working within a PICOP team or keen to develop knowledge and experience in this arena
