The post holder will lead the development and delivery of Bromley Healthcare's Equality, Diversity and Inclusion agenda, developing and implementing policies and frameworks for EDI in order to foster an inclusive culture and a working environment that promotes equality of opportunity and diversity for all colleagues.

The post holder will also be Bromley Healthcare's lead Freedom to Speak Up Guardian.

The FtSU role aims to contribute to patient safety through supporting and enabling individuals to speak up about concerns, and through building a culture of speaking up.

The Guardian is an independent role supported by Senior Leadership, the National Guardians Office and a network of Guardians.

Bromley Healthcare is a community interest company providing a wide range of services including community nursing services such as district nursing, health visiting to specialist nurses, as well as therapy services for children, young people and adults.

Salary is dependant on NHS experience and current banding/pay point.
