CK Group are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join an Animal Healthcare company at their site based in County Durham on a contract basis for 3-4 months initially.

Hourly Rate:

£12.00phr PAYE

Customer Service Administrator Role:

Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Increase customer engagement by offering consultative advice regarding a range of products and services.
Manage the end to end process for orders, following department SOPs.

Your Background:

Educated to GCSE level or above.
Experience of a customer services role in a salesbased environment
Experience of managing and resolving customer complaints
Ideally knowledge of the agricultural sector and Farming industry including working practices and legislation
