Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership and grow the commercial side of the business by providing portfolio and secured lending services to clients, covering retail, office, industrial and mixed-use assets.


The role will work alongside one of the Directors who has successfully developed the Residential Valuation side of the business, who is also carrying out commercial valuation work.

However, they are looking for someone to work in partnership to grow thecommercial side to its fullest potential.


Commercial Valuation requirements:


  • Member of RICS and RICS Registered Valuer.
  • Ability to maintain and develop business relationships.
  • Proven experience working in commercial portfolio and secured lending valuation.
  • Drive and ambition to grow and develop a team, plus manage and mentor Graduate Surveyors.
Office based in West End, London.

Salary £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, plus bonus incentives.
