Our Accounts Payable Team is a well-established and stable team with a supportive and friendly culture.

Our aim is to always deliver a high-quality service in the processing of financial transactions which could be anything from processing invoices to supporting an audit query.


This role is a junior management role where you will have responsibility for managing and coaching a team of 4-7 finance administrators.

To do this role well you will need some experience of working within a finance department and ideally of managing a small team or have the ability to develop team leadership skills.

Our teams are made up of individuals with various levels of experience and from different working backgrounds.

We have offices based in Swindon, Billingham and Newport and you can choose to work from the most suitable location for you.

We offer hybrid working where you can come into the office each day or choose to work remotely 3-4 days a week.

So long as you work a 37hr week we can even offer some flexibility on start and finish times.

To do this role well you will need:

  • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels with staff and clients
  • Good understanding of financial transaction processing
  • Ability to achieve goals and overcome problems with forward planning
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office software packages, particularly Excel and Word
  • Experience of coaching and/or managing people would be desirable but not essential
