JOB PURPOSE The Portfolio Analyst, Commercial IT will supportthe delivery of the Commercial IT global Project Portfolio.This involves assisting the project and programme governance for the delivery of all hardware and store projects globally, including the annual and in-year prioritisation, reporting status againstKPIs.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Support the Portfolio Manager to ensure the Commercial IT global project portfolio is run with the correct governance, and within budget.
- Track and report on global KPIs for the Commercial IT Tower, including financial & governancestatus.
- Maintain & publish programme and project management reports, including a detailed global Store project roadmap.
- Support Regional IT teams in the annual forecasting process.
- Manage the process to release approved budgets for delivery of Storeand IT hardware projects globally in partnership with the IT Finance team.
- Ensure technology solutions and agreed standards for Stores are co ordinated and communicated to stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
- Proactively track end of life devicesin line with the global hardware life cycle management process.
- Manage the day to day financial control of IT services for global suppliers.
- Act as the central point of contact and engagement between Commercial IT Regional teams and the wider business/external parties.
- Liaise with IT teams and business functional stakeholders to complete reporting on the performance of the Commercial IT portfolio.
- Partner closely with the IT Finance and Operations teams to develop and drive process improvements.
- Enthusiastically support the delivery of one off projects, activities, and initiatives of a global nature.
- Strong numerical and analyticalskills with a meticulous attention to detail, excellent excel skills.
- Reporting & presentation experience using PowerPoint/ MS office.
- Strong ability to work with teams in a collaborative manner.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Comfortable owning relationships with external parties.
- Ability to work autonomously with excellent attention to detail.
- Self motivated, creative, energetic, passionate, and able to acclimate in a very fast paced environment.
- Ability to communicateeffectively in both technical and business settings.
