We are looking to recruit a permanent part time hours) Administration Assistant to work within our Community Drug & Alcohol Team - Brook PlaceThis is an exciting opportunity to join our highly motivated team in delivering services to patients with substance misuse.
The team offers a wide range of support and records activity on a National data set. Our Addictions Services work in partnership with external agencies in the delivery and provision of services.
The main duties will include:
Dealing with telephone calls from service users, carers and outside agencies. Taking messages and signposting them to the correct person/Department.
Have the ability to work in a confidential and sensitive manner, with an understanding of Data Protection and Confidentiality
Receiving referrals and uploading them onto the system.
Data input, scanning, m aking appointments and sending out appointment letters Photocopying and g eneral admin duties.
