My client is an established, reputable Financial Services business, specialising in the provision of finance to businesses across the UK.

They have been established for over 25 years and their award winning team has helped them build a fantastic reputationin the industry.

They have a brilliant inclusive and supportive culture where people are trusted and respected, which has resulted in very low staff turnover over the years and the business has also continued to grow throughout the pandemic.

Due to an internalpromotion, they are now looking to grow their Sales Administration team and is looking for a Sales Administrator.


This is a full-time, permanent position and is based from their offices in Wakefield (which has free parking on site).

Work hours are Monday to Friday, normal office hours.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Administrator role:

  • Provide administrative support to sales team required including obtaining all relevant information and commuicating with clients where necessary.
  • Obtain, collate and accurately record on the management information system all the information required to create a proposal prior to submitting to the operations team.
  • Generate finance documentation for a transaction which has been approved.
  • Generate all relevant finance documentation and manage the transaction through to payout.
  • Record all relevant information on the management information system.
  • Ensure that all files are managed and organised and keep the filing system records updated.
  • To provide colleagues and management with updates and reporting information as and when required and on a timely basis.

Requirements of the Sales Administrator role:

  • Previous experience within Sales Administration / Sales Support in a B2B environment
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • High attention to detail
  • Commercial awareness
  • To be proficient and confident working with numbers
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Good communication skills and a team player
