Are you passionate about Customer Service? Looking for a varied and busy role? Are you able to make decisions effectively? A born organiser? Able to identity new opportunities? Then take a look at the role that we are working on for our client based in Horshamfor a Customer Support Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

Working closely with the database to ensure everything is logged.
Dealing with customer issues and complaints.
Carrying out courtesy calls to build and maintain customer relations.
Informing customers of delays on products.
Arranging for any additional stock to be sent out at a customer's request.
Input all new contracts into the database.
Liaise with the finance team to check invoices for accuracy.
To create and maintain strong working relationships with existing customers enabling customer retention and referrals.
Forthcoming with creative ideas
Helping clients minimise problems and issues.

Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- £24,000 -£26,000 pro-rata
