Our administration staff are the engine that keep our hospitals and services running smoothly and provide excellent business support to our staff and patients.

If you're passionate about making a difference, have solid IT and organisational skills and an eye for detail, one of our admin roles could be the job for you.


Whether you are great at customer service and enjoy welcoming and helping people, love delving into detail to see a task through independently or thrive off working in a team to help deliver projects and services, we have variety of roles to suit your skills.


Full time opportunities are available covering a range of working patterns including evenings and weekends, and include both permanent and fixed terms positions.

You'll also also have a choice of working locations, including our sites at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital, Northern General Hospital, Jessops Maternity Hospital, Weston Park Hospital, Charles Clifford Dental Hospital and Community Services.
