More about the role


We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our small team, this is a highly responsible and influential role with our expanding organisation.

It will be safe to say that no day will be the same as the last and you will be involved in exciting growth projects.


You will provide a professional, highly effective, proactive and confidential EA service which includes, but not limited to, diary management, organisation of travel, expense management, support with reporting and collating information for meetings.

In addition, you will support with the office management and onboarding of new colleagues to this new department and work with other EAs across the organisation to improve the EA service and share best practice.


This is a Hybrid role
, you will
spend three or more days a week based out of our
London office & the rest of the time you are able to work from home.

More about you
We are looking for an experienced EA, who has worked within a complex commercial organisation.

The Executive Assistant basics are a given - you will be fluent in every aspect of managing diaries, arranging meetings, taking minutes, inbox management, document management and making travel arrangements.

You'll be joining a small team, so it is essential that you are flexible and a team player.


Where you will really excel and add value in this role will be through your highly adapted skills in anticipating need, supporting Directors, using your digital skills to find solutions, and stretching beyond your comfort zone to assume new responsibilities.
