We are looking to recruit an innovative, dynamic and creative Head of service for our pan-Bedfordshire 0-19 services.

The role is critical to improving performance, enhancing patient experience, improving clinical outcomes and sustaining safe, efficient and affordable services.

The portfolio of the services will include pan

Bedfordshire 0 to 19 services and Children in care. The post holder will be responsible for the overall management and delivery of these services, including the delivery of a comprehensive outcomes framework.

You will also have a key role to play in shaping and transforming these services as we respond to national and local opportunities and challenges.

A track record of effective operational management
The ability to undertake service redesign and transformation
The ability to engage effectively with partners, stakeholders, children and young people and their families
A track record of delivering against targets and performance management

This is an exciting and varied role; the post holder will need to be flexible in working across different services travelling across the region as required.
