This role as a Senior Customer and Insight is responsible for analysing customer data to pull out commercial insights to develop the customer strategy.

This means, driving a successful Customer Insight Programme where you are turning insight into strategicaction across all departments.


Duties & Responsibilities for this Senior Customer and Insight position:

  • Develop and deliver campaigns that enable success at each stage of the Customer lifecycle, drive increased acquisition and retention
  • Manage working independently and crossfunctionally across key internal partners, stakeholders as well as managing external customer, digital and print agencies
  • Analysis and report making post campaign activity to forecast future strategy
  • Manage and execute an internal Customer Insight Programme on internal feedback loop through customers and employees
  • Managing adhoc external research projects

To be successful in this Senior Customer and Insightposition:

years' experience working in a retail or agency within a customer insight or data analysis position.

  • Strong analytical skills & the ability to analyse data (SQL is desirable)
  • Extensive experience in Customer Insight, feedback, and focus groups
  • Excellent communication skills and eye to detail
  • Experience in extracting data from Direct Marketing campaigns
