SportsDock, the flagship UEL sports facility, opened in early 2012, and is one of the largest indoor sports facilities in East London including two sports arenas, a large fitness facility, a dance studio and an outdoor MUGA.
SportsDock is open 7 days a week, 362 days per year, and has become a fantastic resource for Students, Staff, the Local Community and Public.
SportsDock boasts a remarkably diverse activity programme, and hosts numerous clubs, events, and partnerships.We are seeking a dedicated and motivated member of staff to help deliver an excellent experience to our customers and to assist in the smooth day to day operation of SportsDock
About the Job
We are seeking a Graduate Sports Assistant to work as part of a team to assist, monitor and supervise customers in the SportsDock facility.
Specific requirements for each role vary, but a desire to provide SportsDock customers with a superb visitor experience is essential along with excellent communication skills and a willingness to work unsociable hours.
- All applicants must have customer service experience
- Willingness to learn more about the leisure industry
