Here at Willing Care, we are seeking a Head of Clinical Services_ _
for one of our very established clients._

About the Care Centre:

This Neurological Centre provides two distinctive services; Short-term neurological rehabilitation within a small unit and long-term care for adults aged 18 and over who have neurological conditions and complex needs.

The Centre aims to optimise resident's health and wellbeing, maximise their independence, as well as support their emotional and social needs.

The role of a Head of Clinical Services
within the Care Centre involves:

Leading and managing the care team, to ensure the clinical team meets the quality standards
Being responsible for the quality and standards of care delivered in the service
Managing the provision of care services within the allocated budget
Ensuring the service is compliant with internal and external policies
Working closely with other departments and MDTs
Deputising for the Service Director
Carrying out internal audits and taking action where appropriate
Acting as a role model and providing leadership to junior members of staff

Requirements for the Head of Clinical Services:

Current NMC registration
Clinical leadership and management experience
Current CQC registration or ability to meet the requirements for CQC registration
Leadership qualification (Desirable)
