Are you a Junior or Newly Qualified Housing Litigation Lawyer looking for your next move? We are currently assisting one of our London Borough Council clients in recruiting to a Junior Housing Lawyer position on a locum basis.

The contract will run foran initial 3-month period, however, it is likely this will be extended on an on-going basis.

You will have the opportunity to work predominantly remotely, but may be required to attend the office or court on occasion.

You will earn a competitive hourly rateof up to £35 umbrella per hour, dependent on experience.

This role would be suitable for someone who has experience handling a caseload of housing matters, whether that be within a Housing Seat during a Training Contract, or Post-Qualified Experience.

Theclient is open to taking someone from a local government, other public sector, or private sector background.

The team deals with a range of housing matters, listed below, however the work will be mainly disrepair focused initially.
