Description
The post holder must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The role will be to provide a comprehensive range of secretarial and administration duties for the Patient Safety & Experience Department and you will work with the Patient Safety Team to ensure efficient and effective management of incidents.


You will have a good standard of education, be an excellent communicator, excellent organizational skills, and good knowledge of Excel as well as other packages and be consistently accurate in your approach.

You will also be able to adapt and work well under pressure in a busy environment.


The role will include:

Using the Datix reporting system to collate and manage Incidents process

Data Analysing

Providing administration support for the investigation of serious incidents

Producing daily reports to a high standard

Minute taking

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
