Job Overview:
Part time position for three days a week Wednesday - Friday
Requirements:
- A confident and polite telephone manner with excellent spoken English
- Proven experience in customer service ,sales support or related roles
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- Detailoriented with strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Exceptional time management
- A conscientious, proactive, and hardworking individual.
- Adaptable
- Experienced in Excel, Word and Outlook
Full training provided.

Pay:
£15,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 34 per week
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
