Health and Safety Officer

Aston, Birmingham

Circa £32000-£37000, Benefits include Career development plan, employee support scheme, Perkbox, cycle scheme.
My client has recently restructured their health and safety function, and is looking for a Health and Safety officer to cover three sites across the Birmingham area (you'll principally be based at their Aston site)

The Criteria - IOSH, NEBOSH and proven ability to build relationships.

You'll be a highly organised health and safety officer, coordinating daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and advisory activities.

You'll be degree educated or hold equivalent industry experience and hold you IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications.

You'll be able to form relationships with departments across the business, supporting them and helping them with Health and Safety reporting.

You'll need to be able to drive between the sites.

You'll be building relationships and helping line managers to complete the reporting functions and moving toward giving advice on any questions.
