Complex Needs Teacher - Birmingham

Are you a Qualified Teacher with SEN teaching experience? Are you passionate about delivering engaging and interactive lessons that stimulate children who have complex learning needs? This outstanding special school is looking for an experienced Complex NeedsTeacher to teach a small class of Key Stage 3 children.

As a teacher at this school, you will be supported by an experienced team of Teaching Assistants and LSA's who deliver 1-2-1 support for children and whole class support.


Job Role:

  • Teaching a small class of Key Stage 3 Students with Special Educational Needs
  • Planning and delivering lessons to meet the need of individual students
  • Liaising with the SENCO and TA's to ensure children are supported appropriately
  • Making school a nurturing, welcoming and safe place for students
  • Helping young people to break down academic and social barriers
