My Client is an established Recruitment Organisation with multiple branches across the UK. They are currently have the following requirement in their Leeds branch.


An experienced, fully rounded
360 degree Senior Industrial Recruitment Consultant with a passion for new business along with a proven track record of success in recruitment in the Leeds area together with working within a recruitment role and being part of a team.

There is the opportunity within this role for
'fast tracking' to Branch Manager.

The Package:

Basic salary up to
£28-36K per annum depending on experience and track record plus commission and corporate benefits, including 26 days holiday per annum

The Recruitment Opportunity:


  • My Client is currently seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant for the above branch with previous recruitment experience within Industrial.
  • Responsible for the placement of personnel into a variety of clients throughout the area.
  • The brief will be to build business with new and existing clients who have local business requirements, as well as increasing local market share in a proactive and professional manner

The Person Specification:


  • We require committed individuals who can work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent proven background in recruitment is essential, as are strong communication and organisational skills
  • Driving Licence and access to a car is essential

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£28,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
