Position:
Senior Care Supervisor

Location:
Hilltree Court, Giffnock

Hours hours per week (mix of Days and Nights

Key Responsibilities:


  • Overseeing daytoday operations to ensure the smooth running of the community.
  • Providing excellent customer service and support to residents.
  • Managing staff schedules and delegating tasks effectively.
  • Handling resident inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and compassionate manner.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborating with various departments to enhance resident experience and satisfaction.
  • Assisting with events, activities, and initiatives aimed at fostering a vibrant community atmosphere.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a similar setting.
  • SVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional service to older adults.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as required.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations is advantageous.

£11.44-£14.02 per hour
