Description

The post-holder will assist with overseeing, delivering & managing the day-to-day training and development of the domestic services team following direction from the domestic services management team and working in line with the National Cleaning Standards 2021.

A strong level of personal resilience and a 'can do' attitude are critical elements to the role and the successful applicant will embrace, embody and promote our GOSH values at all times

To raise any concerns over Health & Safety breaches in accordance with Trust policies and procedures

To manage and be accountable for the training of domestic operatives and support them on a day-to-day basis
