We now have an exciting opportunity as for a confident, self-motivated and outgoing individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Telesales Executive at our busy office in Wakefield.
The role
Based within an office environment, the main responsibilities of the role are as follows:
- Calling customers directly from the Company database, advising on any additional products and services that the company has to offer to suit their needs and budget.
- Building new & managing existing customer relationships
- Striving to achieve individual/team targets
Package
For the role of Telesales Executive with Cars2, you would receive:
- Salary up to £25,000 per year

Requirements:
- A clear, polite and professional telephone manner
- Ability to communicate and actively listen to customers
- Natural ability to empathise with customers and strike engaging conversation
- Computer literate
- Proactive
- Ability to use own initiative and work under pressure
