Come and join our large and busy team in Loughborough, where each day brings something new but all the days add up to making a real difference

We Support Males and Female from the age of 24-60, they all live in their individual flats.

Support here is individualised and as a support worker you are helping our tenants engage with college courses, local sports clubs, horse riding, voluntary work and maintaining an allotment.

The tenants enjoy day trips to places of interest, holidays andmany enjoy walking, both locally and further afield.
The social area hosts regular activities for all the tenants celebrating birthdays and other festivities.
The location is a busy and active location, where two days are never the same.

Our day shift times do vary, across the 7 days, due to the individual lives of the tenants. This will include weekday, weekend and Bank Holiday working.

We will pay you a £400 Welcome Bonus.

Rewards

28 days annual leave prorata (including bank holidays), which we increase the longer you are with us.
To acknowledge the amazing contribution you'll be making to our (your) team,we will pay you a £200 welcome bonus after 3 months, then because we truly value your commitment another £200 after 6 months
