Panoramic Care has partnered with a Special School based in the South West of England in the recruitment of an Interim SENCo.

This small specialist provision catering for secondary-aged students with SEMH is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Lead/SENCo to join them immediately for the remainder of the academic year.

As their Interim Senior Lead / SENCo, you will be responsible for managing EHCPs, managing annual reviews, LAC reviews, managing behaviour data and collating weekly reports and acting as their Designated Safeguarding Lead.

You will report to their Headteacher and work closely with the middle and senior management team to ensure the best outcomes for students

This role will be 5 days per week, onsite at their modern site with fantastic facilities for the students.

To be considered for this role you will have the following:

SENCo experience
Secondary experience
Challenging Behaviour/SEMH experience
Designated Safeguarding Lead
