Reporting to the Precious metals management team

  • We are looking for a physically strong individual, who can demonstrate a willingness to learn and progress within the long standing team members
  • Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure and adaptable to shift in roles and willing to learn new tasks
  • First class communication and interpersonal skills enabling you to operate effectively with colleagues
  • Work in a secure and controlled environment under dual control
  • A high level attention to detail is essential in this role
  • Input Excel data into preformatted spreadsheets with knowledge of creating formulas and pivot table
  • Populate MIS for commodity positions in London
  • Competent forklift truck driver or have a full driving license
  • The willingness to be trained in LBMA / LPPM / LPMCL codes of practice and work in accordance with these
  • Work supervised with inventory systems
  • Good all round educational background, with a high level of numeracy
  • Requirement to travel between central London and South East London to cover roles
  • Work with the business, technology, and operations to determine priorities, schedule of releases, and detail of the requirements for future enhancements/products

Qualifications:


  • Some years of financial industry experience
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • Indepth knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet technologies
  • Highly disciplined, a selfstarter, and the ability to execute on assignments independently
  • A team player who demonstrates work ethic and consistently demonstrates a highlevel of professionalism
  • Attention to detail with superior written, verbal, and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to communicate with all levels within the Line of Business
  • Strong capacity for operating in a flexible, dynamic environment where creative and strategic thinking is required
