Pollen Street Social is Jason Atherton's first UK solo restaurant and was named the best new UK restaurant by the Good Food Guide, and the best new fine-dining restaurant in London by Time Out.

It currently holds one Michelin star, which it gained within 6 months of opening.

Job description
The Social Company is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Full-time Waiter/Waitress to join our 1* Michelin restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

To work closely with the Management team and take their guidance to achieve high-quality service standards as described in our service operating procedures.

You will be responsible for delivering an elegant style of service, exceeding guest expectations throughout the restaurant and ensuring the restaurant is running to an extremely high standard.

Essential Skills & Experience

Strong experience at a similar level within a quality restaurant environment at Multi rosette or Michelin Star level.
An understanding of exceptional guest service and exceeding expectations.
Have a friendly yet professional persona.
Strong communication skills and ability to build a rapport with guests.
Food and Beverage knowledge.
Strong Time Management Skills.
