ROLE DESCRIPTION


They are looking for a highly motivated Sales Operations Support (entry/mid level) to join their team to work with and support the Managing Director.

Providing high levels of client satisfaction will be one of your key aims as well as helping maximise revenue through preparing and presenting client proposals.

You will be responsible for supporting all new business activities and maintaining existing accounts, whilst also facilitating the upsell of new products and services.

This role represents a fantastic opportunity to be involved in shaping the process of the end-to-end sales cycle as well as help build out the sales engine.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Provide general administration assistance to the MD and the wider team throughout the sales process
  • Attend new business meetings with the MD when required
  • Manage incoming new client enquiries
  • Generate sales proposals and develop presentation materials
  • Sales and purchase order processing
  • Assist with improving sales processes to ensure best practice
  • Management of CRM database (e.g. Zoho)
  • Working with our marketing function
  • Processing and circulating service contracts
  • Sales support, purchasing hardware and software as required
  • Other adhoc administration duties

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working within customer service and client engagement
  • Experience in Business Administration
  • Experience working within a sales environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient skills with Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PPT, Teams)
  • A positive attitude and optimistic outlook
  • Reliable and trustworthy

  • Excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills
