Purpose of the Role


To support the Centre Management Team with the day to day operational management of the residential buildings within Brewery Square, in respect of all routine maintenance and emergency repairs.

To co-ordinate service partners and occupiers where required, to ensure the required standards are achieved and maintained. 6 month FTC with possibility for extension.


Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain an effective working relationship with residents and service partners.

Investigate residential concerns, ascertain the most suitable course of action and progress through to an acceptable conclusion.

Compiling and maintaining of log of actionable tasks and providing updates to residents and the Centre Manager.

Completion of insurance claims, where required.

Proactive management of building maintenance requirements, in conjunction with service partners.

Ensuring the residential buildings are being managed in line the latest Health and Safety requirements.


Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Be able to communicate clearly and effectively

Good understanding of property management

A proven track record in managing building repair issues

Excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong commitment to customer service

Excellent written and spoken communication skills

Confident, professional and assertive

Strong time management and organisational skills

Positive can-do attitude and common sense approach

A basic understanding of Health and Safety requirements

Working Hours - Flexible - Monday to Friday (20 hrs)

Salary - £26,000 pro rata
