Job Overview:


  • Provide dedicated admin support to the Mitie team to ensure effective and efficient operation as directed by your line manager. The role will encompass the delivery of wide variety of tasks, with a focus of this role being the delivery of excellent administrative service.

Main Duties

  • Comply with Health, Safety and Environmental policies
  • Act as a central contact for the team, fielding and redirecting calls where required
  • Management of documents uploaded to the shared drive
  • Population and submission of weekly timesheets for all staff
  • Co-Ordination of waste service bookings and issuing of relevant
  • Ensure that complaints are dealt with appropriately
  • Answer all telephone calls both internally and externally in a professional and timely manner ensuring that all messages are returned appropriately
  • Organisation of vehicle servicing and management of bookings for fleet cars
  • Recording of all annual leave requests and absence records
  • Franking of outgoing mail from site
  • Processing of PPE, Uniform and Stationary Orders
  • Minute Taking
  • Understand any additional duties or responsibilities that are deemed required by the business in supporting the daily operation of the contract.
