Description
Purpose:
As a Credit Control Administrator at Knowles Fleet, you will join a team of seven including the Head of Transaction Management to ensure supplier invoices are received, processed and paid by clients within payment terms.
Key Responsibilities:
A core part of this role will be working alongside the Head of Transaction Management on the day-to-day running of the Transaction Management department.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure prompt and accurate invoicing, resolving any billing discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Proactively manage and monitor the credit control function.
- Liaise with suppliers to provide updates on outstanding invoices.
- Monitor the invoices inbox & deal with queries as required.
- Complete any other adhoc task as requested by the department manager.
Measures of Success & KPIs:
The role will be measured on criteria, including:
- Invoices processed within five working days.
- Overdue debt on allocated supplier accounts.
Experience:
- Previous experience in credit control or a similar role preferred.
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- Problemsolving skills and ability to resolve conflicts.
Knowledge:
- Understanding of invoicing processes and credit control procedures.
- Familiarity with financial systems and software.
- Qualifications:
- Ideally A-Level, minimum GCSE in English and Maths.
Salary:
£23,800.00-£26,800.00 per year
