North East England offices 1-2 days a month

About the role

  • Through your team you will ensure delivery and promotion of robust compliance and technical pensions information, in line with scheme rules, legislation and regulatory requirements
  • Focus on ongoing development of the team and individual staff members, influencing and overseeing delivery of change as required

About you

  • You will be able to draw on current DB Pensions technical knowledge, with understanding of complex calculations
  • Use your prior staff management experience, proactively coaching, mentoring and encouraging your team's ongoing growth and development
