Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Frontline

£26,000 per annum

Flexible working opportunities available

Hybrid working - London office and remote

At an exciting time of expansion, we are now looking to recruit a motivated, people-focussed individual to join our growing Frontline team.

As a Trainee Consultant, you will gain hands-on experience of the Recruitment Consultant role while undertaking a structured training programme.

Our trainee consultant training programme is in-house but you will also have the opportunity to undertake anexternal formal recruitment qualification through an apprenticeship scheme if this is something that would be of interest to you.

We can provide further information on this external qualification, but there's no obligation to do it if it's not of interest.

You will be pro-active, able to use your initiative and will have the ability to multi-task.

Preferably with some sales or customer service experience, you will be enthusiastic and eager to learn Although not essential, an interest in the not for profitsector is desirable.

Our consultants do not work on individual commission; we are driven by outcomes and impact. We offer an attractive salary and an annual company bonus scheme.
