The Role
An exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation (250+ employees) in a permanent Data Analyst role.

This position joins a small data team reporting to the Head of Data.

The successful Data Analyst may have some prior commercial experience, working with customer or commercial data in a data analytics or statistician role, or a bright graduate with strongSQL skills, and looking to start their career in an established company.

Salary offered is open to discuss based on level of experience + bonus and benefits package.

Tasks


As the successful Data Analyst, you will use your skills with SQL server as well as a knowledge of data visualisation (PowerBI or similar), to support in the continued growth of the business.

Tasks will include analysing customer data, creating PowerBi dashboards, supporting the strategy in developing a single customer view.

You will also support with a range of data projects as they integrate new systems and drive new data strategies.


Remote / Hybrid

The current working pattern in place for this position is a hybrid working model, attending the Brighton office 1 day per week (Wednesdays'), with the remainder of the week working from home (Equipment supplied).


Skills & experience desired:


The ideal Data Analyst will have:

  • Strong experience and knowledge of SQL Server
  • Sound data visualisation and reporting experience
  • PowerBI preferred but similar tools will be considered
  • Any experience with R or Python is desirable but not essential
  • Commercial experience, or a desire to work with customer / commercial data.
