Trainee Estate Agent - Chelmsford

Driving licence & own car essential - Fuel Paid

Salary guarantee - up to £20k for 6 months - OTE £25K+

Generous Commission Structure - £12k basic salary

5 day working week - Monday - Saturday

Day off during the week - No Sundays

Trainee Estate Agent duties

Speak to clients both over the telephone and in person
Chasing leads and keeping in contact with applicants/clients
Book in & conduct property viewings
Negotiate offers & agree sales
Carry out basic administration
Generate and book in valuations

Skills & experience

Sales experience preferred but not essential
Able to demonstrate good customer service skills
Work as part of a team
Positive, organised and reliable

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
